Payment
Payment is secure and easy with PayPal! (PayPal will also accept major credit cards). Checks and money orders are accepted after verification of funds.
No taxes in Anchorage, Alaska (really!)
If this is a gift and is to be sent to another address other than yours, at the time of payment please include the different name and address in the “Notes To Seller”, or contact us with the name and address soon after checkout.
Shipping
USPS Priority Mail (includes a confirmation so you can track it).
Ship to USA and Canada only.
You should receive an email at the time of shipment. You should receive your order within 5-10 days after PayPal receives your payment and notifies us or after we receive money order and order is shipped.
Most shipping fees are minimal because we can fit a lot into one Priority Mail envelope or box. Our shipping is based on using one flat rate envelope ($5.00) or one flat rate medium box ($10.00), but if your order requires a larger box the shipping will be slightly more and buyer agrees to pay the difference.
Shipping Electronic PDF’s
E-books and e-patterns shipped to most countries.
No S & H fees on e-books and e-patterns as they are e-mailed in PDF form (attachment) within 72 hours after PayPal authorizes payment and notifies us. Customer can download and save PDF to their own computer. You will need the Adobe Reader program to view your electronic downloaded books and patterns. It’s FREE and EASY! If you do not already have , you can download the Free Adobe Reader program. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received PDF and contact us with any problems or questions.
Refunds and Exchanges
Don’t hesitate to ask questions! We make and inspect each product carefully, but if faulty construction is found or you are truely unhappy with your purchase within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and you contact us within those hours, we will refund your purchase price providing we receive the product back within 2 weeks of the purchased date. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Remember, all handmade products are hand-made by me.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise or for items not delivered due to an incorrect address (we use the PayPal’s address that they give us).
Additional Information
Smoke-free business, but for those who have terrible allergies, we do have a dog and cats.
We are not responsible for any injuries sustained in playing with Alaskan Stuffies. Every effort is made to make each Alaskan Stuffie as safe and durable as possible for normal wear and tear. I make each one as if it were for my own grandbaby! Adults must check the product and make sure it is safe for the appropriate age of the child. Stuffies are designed for all ages, except those with long faux fur are recommended for ages 3 years old and up!
It is recommended to hand wash and air dry Alaskan Stuffies. They can be machine washed on gentle and short cycle in cold water, and machine dried on air (fluff) or low heat briefly. No bleach. Place stuffie in a pillowcase or delicates bag to protect acrylic eyes and nose.
